Wanted to do more suitable hair hack that resembled Shingo for the World Elite save, and it turned out better than expected.

It replaces Dreads and uses Head 3.

This is actually pretty useful, I bet it would look sweet for an old-school Animal mod, when he had he Mohawk and mullet in the back....
