[Closed] shortened filesize problem...(PS2)

When I rebuild the iso putting my modded files into it...the filesize is shortened and the game won't even run in pcsx2??

It's strange. Are you sure you are importing them in the right way? And are you sure you are importing ps2 mod?

It happened to me once! Im not even sure how i fixed it, it just magically worked again.
