Hi, when I try to open a save with PJ 1.6 they show me this

My plugin was Mudlord's Rice Video Plugin 6.1.3 but when I got to my plugin setting they show me "Failed to load plugin C:/Document and settings/.../Project 64 1.6/Plugins/RiceVideo6.1.3DX9

I try to use Glide 64 but not succes

Can someone help me
