Easy Spirit Meter Code Generator

If you want to mod the Spirit Meters it takes a shit ton of code due to needing different activators for each match type. Why even attempt unless you wanna be in for the loooong haul? This will make it simple.

Just plug in a few values and every code is generated and ready to copy to the emu.
All size alterations should be universal so they're all controlled by row 1 value each.
