One of the things I really am looking forward to about the new Spider-Man movie is the return of the mechanical web-shooters. Something I didn't like about the original movies is that they were not IN THEM. Here's a pic, plus, we finally get a sneak peek at Spidey's mask!

The suit is looking.... well, kinda odd. Nonetheless I think it is shaping up to be fairly cool.

Also, the title of movie is officially "The Amazing Spider-Man", which I can get behind. Thoughts?

I like the suit but I don't like that mechanical web shooter thing on his arm.... it's like some normal guy in a Spider-Man outfit is trying to become Spider-Man...Hope you know what I mean

Well, that's how they are in the comics, and it makes for great story-telling. During his first encounter with the Vulture he ran out of web fluid and had to improvise, the same with Kraven the hunter, Kraven threw him off a building, he tried making a web but was out of fluid, so he had to smack his hand against a building during free-fall, and ended up dis-locating his shoulder.

It gives him a weakness, something every hero should have.

This for me is going back to the true spider-man, and vunrable character with weaknesses. In the previous Spider films he seemed immortal in his powers but weak in his mind. I like when a superhero has weaknesses in there powers too, so the web slinger contraption is actually good. The suit is ok. Did anyone see the Spiderman movie that was released in 1977? Then it became a series. I love that

This has a far better chance of being good than Spider-Man 4 ever had. I'm vaguely optimistic.
