Game freezing during entrances

I also have a problem where sometimes during wrestler intros right after the video images finish, the game would freeze, causing me to have to restart the whole game. Is there a fix to this anywhere?

To determine what is causing the freezing, you need to keep playing the game with cheats turned off - turning back on one cheat every time, until you find the culprit.


You can speed this up by turning on bulk cheats in their sub categories.
For example, turn off every cheat apart from all move hacks. If it doesn't freeze, you know all of the move hacks are fine. If it does freeze, you know one of the move hacks is the culprit, then eliminate from there.

Sorry for taking so long to reply. Anyways the only cheat I use on a consistent basis is the "have all" cheat which unlocks everything without going through championship or survival. After turning it off, I went and unlocked everything using the unlimited money cheat and turning it off once I was done. Then I went to a match and it still freezes at the exact same spot right before the first guy comes out on the stage during the entrance. I can only surmise that the game in pj64 can't handle everything being unlocked, though it's not consistent.
