You're confusing 2 universes there.

When Deadpool killed most of the Marvel universe, that was a one-off and non-canonical. Has nothing to do with any time line.

Yes, Spider-Man did die in one of his worlds, as in Peter Parker. I can't remember who it was that took over from him. Then there was another one where he was forced to retire, and his daughter became Spider-girl. Don't think that time line lasted long.

It depresses me that I know this stuff. I haven't read comic books in years.
