Edit: Only the Rage team has converted the San Andreas map to IV, No one has ever, and I mean EVER found a way to convert it except them. I have tried it myself and couldn't figure it out, due to San Andreas using a more old skool map layout. Hope you converted yourself. the Rage team doesn't allow people to use their maps.
