If you really don't like Discord, there is the r/N64WrestlingGames subreddit, but there's no active development of mods/hacks there. Sean O'Connor's Youtube Channel is also recommended.

Remove Pins:
Format:
D115AF56 xxxx
8015AF3A yy00
D115B2AE xxxx
8015B292 yy00
D115AF56 xxxx
8115AF56 zzzz
D115B2AE xxxx
8115B2AE zzzz

Variable Values:
xxxx - move that has the pin
yy00 - value of pin/no pin
zzzz - kick out value

Addys:
player 1 - 8015AF3A
player 2 - 8015B292
player 3 - 8015B5EA
player 4 - 8015B940

All these addys do is tell the game when there is a pina dn when there is not. I haven't figured out all the values but I did get the ones that work for my code.

There is a little pattern I found in the values. if it ends in 3 it is no pin. if it ends in 7 it IS a pin. if there is a 0 before it, its for player one etc...
03 - player 1 no pin
13 - player 2 no pin
23 - player 2 no pin
33 - player 4 no pin
07 - player 1 pin
17 - player 2 pin
27 - player 3 pin
37 - player 4 pin

If you change one player's addy, you must change your opponent's addy as well. So if player 1 is normally pinning, and you change it to not pinning, you must change player 2's to not pinning also.

Here is an example code:
D115AF56 3537
8015AF3A 0300
D115B2AE 3538
8015B292 1300
D115AF56 3537
8115AF56 3539
D115B2AE 3538
8115B2AE 353A

This code removes the pin form the Muken
