WWE teased His Debut for too "damn long (As You say, 6 Months). They should debuted Him after WrestleMania (Not before WrestleMania).

I think they debuted him now because its the wrestlemania season and more people watch.

Every year, there is a thing called the WrestleMania fall out. If Fandango debuts now, he will go straight into the fallout as a weak star. If he jumped in just after WrestleMania, he has a chance to leapfrog over others who are struggling to regain a position.
