Help for graphic card

I was searching for a notebook (not for gaming) and I saw one with this graphic card: Radeon R7 M265DX. I know that is better than an Nvidia GeForce 820M and similar to an Nvidia GeForce 840M. My question is: is that good enough to run WWE 2K15 and GTA V also at low details?

CPU: A10-7400P
RAM: 4GB
But I can increase the RAM to 8GB. And I think that Windows 10 and DX12 are supported. So will GTA V and WWE 2K15 run, also at low details?
