Help needed

When i start ppsspp and i load a game in it it crashes so i tried pcsp it also did the same thing i even installed win visual c++ 2010 and also its other versions but it crashed again
Here are my specs:
Intel Core 2 duo 2.80 GHz
2GB RAM
356mb intel graphics card
