Help With No Specials Early Code!

Hey guys,

I'm using Waylon's No Specials Early Code (http://s4.zetaboards.com/Old_Skool_Reunion?topic=9815901/1/#new) and I was wondering if you enter the whole code together or just in parts because it isn't working for me, the CPU is still able to get the special early??

Are you using any kind of code that raises the starting health? If not, then this code won't do anything.

Yeah I'm using a whole bunch of health codes, so I should turn them off?? Do you know of an good health codes to make siming the matches be like real matches or no!! LOL, hopefully that made sense!

No, you don't need to turn them off. It's the opposite. You need health codes turned on for it to work (assuming that they are health codes that increase starting health). The code prevents someone from getting a special if the opponent's health is higher than 00FF (the default starting health). When someone gets a special, what is the other guy's health? The health address is 8015AF5A for player 1 and 8015B2B2 for player 2.

Which health codes are you using?

The health code I use is this one (although I personally only use the "generic" one and not any of the submission ones).
