Help with TM2

Since i'm new to modding Sm vs raw.I don't know how to get the TM2 file sizes right after i edit the textures.So i'm unable to reimport the textures to the PAC Files.Thats why i'm releasing my mods with all the TM2 textures.Can anyone help me with this ?

Ok! Go onto photoshop, change the picture to RGB, edit the file, then Change it back to indexed colour, save and open up in Optix, check what colour it is (like 4 bit or 8) if the pic must be 4 reduce the colours to 16. if its 8, reduce to 32.Hope I helped. :hi
