I want to know how to layer hack, such as ads 2 different parts of 1 tattoo on a caw without texture modding. I couldnt find any tuts on here

In the mean time, I recommend you check the following places: VPW2 Freem, AKI Outsiders or MPire Mall Discord servers. If you really don't like Discord, there is the r/N64WrestlingGames subreddit, but there's no active development of mods/hacks there. Sean O'Connor's Youtube Channel is also recommended.

You can add layer tattoos by using attire parts. So for example if you want to use undertakers upper right tattoo on malenko's trunks, you find the addy for takers tat and get the values for malenko's upper right arm and +\- 1 from the end of taker's addy. You can use that on upper body clothing to. However, glitches can occur and if your using a darker skin tone it will not work. Hope that helps.
