How to import arena nameplates with hex?

Hi guys can anyone please tell me how to import arena nameplates with hex method
in SVR 2011 PS2?

u can do it without hex editing

I did it with svr edit but when i put the files in the game
And i run the game the arena nameplate is still same it doesnt change

Cenz knows how to do with hex he said he will
Tell me but he didnt help and i didnt ask again
or else he will say that i bug him on PM

Use Hardx36's Universal Importer Or Calculate XX YY.

i cant use Universal importer because when it asks to enter section id u cant enter more than 4 letters
and evtgd.pac,these are 5 letters so i dont think i can use Universal importer

ur doing it wrong
just tried my custom nameplate ipmorted with universal imoprter its works fine.
section id is ETEX
pac id is number of pac for example samckdown pac id is 0000
