How to import mods to WWE'13 XBOX 360

Hi.i really want to import wrestlers to my wwe'13 on xbox 360.But when i open my iso file wwe"13complex.iso i have 3 folders.AUDIO_TS,VIDEO_TS and SYSTEMUPDATE.how to import mods?becouse i don't have misc.pac.and did i need JTAG on my xbox?

yes you need to jtag your xbox & the game just can't be opened up it has to be ripped and then you will see all of the proper folders/files.
