Dolphin Emulator does, right click on the iso in the mainscreen, go to properties and you'll find a file list there, I think the last file card. There you can extract the files you want to have and can reimport them.

Try This:

SZS Modifier

It's what people on the Wii use to modify there Mii characters, inside the folder you will see something called TplMii.exe run this and the rest is easy mate.

I managed to inject a second attire for Kane(WWE 12 attire) But the problem is that when I choose the defalt attire or the second one Dolphin Crashes.
