i got a problem when trying to open the bpe file with texture archive :help: .look at this:

It's a Microsoft.NET framework issue,try uninstalling and download the latest version.

to open a bpe file you have to uncompress it first (if i understand you right, that you want to open a bpe file as texture archive). use quickbms and the yuke.bms file for that.
