is there a way to put models in DLC panel in svr11 ps2

i saw crocox managed and put moves in DLC panel is there a possiblities for ps2
and i didnt find any word DLC in Arc file!! any idea?

I tried by since Arjuns Dat Editor doesn't work for ids less than 100 Xpacker's Pofo and enabled Chris Masters but it didnt work even when I updated the ARC file so im a little unsure how someone could make it activated

I did it for moves, but for Superstars i think it's impossible.

You can enable the dlc slots like chris masters and others but they won't come on the dlc section . The dlc category is simply disabled.
