There are conflicting reports right now about whether or not TNA is being sold.
The majority share holders are the Carter family, with the larger half belonging to Dixie's parents. While the company is not officially for sale, they have been listening to offers from outsiders.
Dixie has already denied this on Twitter, while Dixie's mother (the co-owner of Panda Energy) sent a memo to TNA staff stating that they will remain faithful to the company. However, this does not mean that TNA will not take on a new business partner.
It is no secret that Dixie's parents have been looking to recoup some of the money they have lost from investing in TNA. Their biggest losses happened within the last few years from overpaying the Hogans and over booking talents on limited date contracts. It had been noted that a lot of people had been paid late this year, but they are close to getting every performer the money that they were owed.
