Here is the attached email, don't know what to do?? People on the net were saying it's a scam!! And I haven't download any of the files here!!

Rogers has received a notice alleging that activities associated with your IP address are infringing copyright in material(s) owned or exclusively licensed by others, such as downloading a movie, music, or games.
Your privacy is important to us - we haven't told the sender who you are, and wouldn't do that without being compelled by law, like a warrant or court order. We don't track or keep records about what you do online, just what IP address we assigned to you.
