Mick Foley and former WWE announcer Jack Korpela wrote the following on Twitter about the promo between John Cena and The Rock on last night's RAW:

Korpela: "@TheRock is simply on a different level. Makes @JohnCena and @CMPunk look amateur. What does @wwe have to do to build a new Rock? @TheRock proved again tonight why he is among the top three @wwe superstars ever. @HulkHogan @steveaustinBSR and @therock made this business"

Foley: "That promo felt kind of uncomfortable to watch. Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing."

- WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross seems to think there may be legit heat between Cena and The Rock after last night's show. Ross wrote:

"@JohnCena calling @TheRock a "SOB" tonite shocked me & made me uncomfortable. Sounded more personal than in a professional context...IMO."

"It's getting personal...@JohnCena & @TheRock...legit. Guaranteed. No BS."

A fan then asked JR if there is legit heat between the two. Ross replied:

"If there wasn't before tonight, there certainly seems to be now."

Agree with Korpela, Rock one of the best ever... Even if it's a one shot deal, I'll gladly take it...</td><td>

Really though... Rock took 15-20 minutes to deliver a lack luster promo, and Cena destroyed him in 2. I was in a mini rage when Cena was smiling when he came down but, he had reason to.

What loco said Cena use better the time, i just see a Rock talk and talk but nothing interesting the same from ever.
For me Cena win in talking this week, Simply better done.

It's a great work, but it's a work.

The Rock showed his Hollywood skills, and they managed to do a segment that made Cena look great.

This'll be like Hogan passing a torch to Warrior, except without the crazy hoopla.

I have a felling Cena will win, and for the first time I would not be mad if that happened.

It's good for the business, HHH would say (God knows how many times he said it a few Raw's before)

No doubt Cena will win imo, he needs this. For Rock to win would not benefit the WWE or himself. You see The Rock has won in this battle in other ways ie his promo's and getting the edge of Cena at SS, WM, while Cena will get the edge via 1 on 1. It is good business. The Rock has done it all and he has no intention of becoming a full-time wrestler again, while Cena needs his credibility back and to show he is the main-event wrestler all the "Kids" believe in!

I dont think this will be a A+ match, but will tell a story of the old guard passing the torch to the younger guard! Cena is 34 so cant be considered young talent really, but you know what I mean.

Frankly speaking, if Cena wrestles like he used to before becoming an main eventer, I would be glad that he wins. Now? He's stale in the ring, seriously, who can't see his 5 continuous moves of doom coming straight ahead? I think he started the whole "comeback system" in the WWE, I'm seeing more wrestlers follow that way to perform in a match. I wanted to say he's stale on the mic, but last week's promo on Eve makes me want to retract that statement.

While Cena needs the win in order to solidify his status, I hope he improves his in ring performance too.
