look at my psp arena textures

please arena hack modders download these my textures arena (about NJPW arena) for psp;
look at it on your graphic software (see format, resolution,etc) and tell me where i do wrong cause they crush when i play the game and i don't find the reason why..i put also the same files converted in GIM ..look it ..maybe the error could be there.
i need your great experience about modding textures for to understand my wrongs..thanks a lot to anybody will give me his opinion..
ps: as i said on other posts it's not a rebuilding error..'cause if i use
original textures game in the modding arena
and not including mine, the game work .
the wrong things must be in the texture image or in the gim ..

again bro save the edited png on 8-bit if youre using photoshop select save as and choose png-8 then convert it to gim inject the textures with x-packer and use svreditorv19 and the arena importer function

i haven't photoshop..

i use photofiltre.
when i save the png 8 bite i have a window where stand 2 different set up
in OPTIMIZED : i can choose optimezed palette
from 8 colors to 256 colors

in SYSTEM:

i can choose system palette with these options:
monocrom.
dithering
gray scale 4 colors
gray scale 16 colors
gray scale 256 colors
window 20 colors
web 216 colors.

by default is on : 256 colors/web 216 colors .that's the set up i use
saving png

i never used that program but you can use easy graphic converter and select 8-bit png then inject the edited texture on c8 texture archive inject the texture archive in the arena and then use arena importer in svreditor

this is the way i do..it's not here the problem
i think probably that i don't set with right options the png conversion ..for some reason then it makes crush the game..i see in another forum a guy who have my same problem...
photofiltre maybe has too many things to set up creating an image..and t'il i don't found the right combinations my textures never work.
now i wanna try with some other graphic converter..
