Matches definitely NOT happening at WrestleMania 29

Internet fans have been hyping up three un-announced matches for WrestleMania, despite the fact there are no plans for either.

Fans have asked JBL on Twitter on Facebook about his forthcoming match with Ryback at the annual show. JBL has denied the suggestion. He has confirmed that he has been asked to work WrestleMania weekend, but his involvement will not have anything to do with the actual PPV. WWE has not even decided if Ryback will be a part of the event, but there definitely will not be a program between JBL and Ryback between now and then.

The main event will not be a title unification match. Having the WWE Champion battle the WWE World Heavyweight Champion was something that had been discussed in the past for recent WrestleManias. But if the titles are unified, do not expect this to happen before Summerslam 2013 at the earliest.

There are no plans to have The Rock face The Undertaker in a Retirement Match. As announced before, The Rock will face either John Cena or CM Punk at the show. The Rock is scheduled to compete for the WWE Championship at Royal Rumble in January. He is expected to face either Cena or Rock, meaning that he will face the other at WrestleMania. It is only recently that WWE got word that Undertaker may be able to even compete, so ideas are far from confirmed right now.

No Taker for WM29? Well, if his match with HHH at WM28 is to be his last, then it's well deserved. You know, I can't think of anything that can happen nowadays that can top the post-match atmosphere of that match.

Although I don't watch alot of todays wrestling I o enjoy Takers Wrestlemania matches, and that last one with Triple H was his best yet, I did hear rumblings of CM Punk dropping hints like 'Undertaker will loose at Wrestlemania' so could they be setting up a Taker vs Punk angle in the near future?

I guess only time will tell...If Taker was to retire next year though I would rather he retire at Survivor Series than Mania.

This had needed to happen for years. I understood it in the years right after the big merging of the products, but having two separate championship ladders doesn't make sense for this day and age.

If you unified all the titles.... every single superstar on the roster is that much more relevant to the fans. With the two titles for every tier of talent, it doesn't feel nearly as special. If either Sheamus or Punk were the stand-alone champion, they'd be a lot bigger than they are now.
