In the mean time, I recommend you check the following places: VPW2 Freem, AKI Outsiders or MPire Mall Discord servers. If you really don't like Discord, there is the r/N64WrestlingGames subreddit, but there's no active development of mods/hacks there. Sean O'Connor's Youtube Channel is also recommended.

Why?
We can already send messages to multiple users quickly (adress book).
If you need a big group to see something but no one else, ask staff if you can have a section in the private section.
If staff need everyone to know something they put it in the announcement section.
Do you really want spam/advertisement messages all the time?
