WWE women's wrestler Natalya published a new blog on NattieNeidhart.com Thursday detailing the origins of her relationship with Beth Phoenix, including using Phoenix's Glam Slam finisher in Japan before either of them met.

Natalya did not address her current flatulence gimmick, but she noted, in a separate context, that she is looking to follow Bret Hart's advice. "It took time for him to grow and evolve and learn his craft," she said. "He has always reminded me that there is no substitution for hard work and... TALENT CAN'T BE STOPPED.

I have kept that advice with me always and it has helped me believe that the impossible can be done...even when I have felt incredible doubt within myself."
