I have a jtag and wwe 13 and would like to learn how to edit and make my own attires for the wrestlers in game if anyone could help me i'd greatly appreciate it.

If you really don't like Discord, there is the r/N64WrestlingGames subreddit, but there's no active development of mods/hacks there. Sean O'Connor's Youtube Channel is also recommended.
