Since people are too stupid to realize it isn't a searchbox, and other people are too dumb to realize it isn't their personal help box, I got rid of the shoutbox.

Instead of stupid questions in the shoutbox they'll do it on the chatango and when they'll see that no one is looking there they may flood the help sections with already answered questions.
