It's disguised as the "Protecting Children From Internet Pornographers Act," but what it really seeks to do is keep track of your personal information and every IP address you use.

It seeks to collect your name, address, phone number, credit card numbers, bank account numbers, and temporarily-assigned IP addresses.

This is what happens when people who have no technical expertise try to draft legislation to regulate new technology. It's beyond laughable...
