Pac of game

Hi, I have a problem when I change chsi.pac and other packs that I make those files are changed to indexed color (all leave the rest as was), insert the game, save the game and
open game and nothing has changed , what's the problem? may need to make all files (even those that are not-modified) in the index. color? But then it takes a lot of time ...

if you're talking about PSP i suppose your textures not change because most of working textures in psp are located in preload pac. for exemple , if you change bg textures of create/modify superstar that you can find somewhere in menu.pac you will see always the original because the "working" version of this textures is inside preload.pac
