Please I beg you, help me here :'(

I use Google Chrome and just now I saw this :

Now when I take my cursor on it (the green thing) it's a FUCK**N survey and I hate em! Really now it's getting annoying and I've already tried to delete my history and everything but it never goes! :'(

Please help, it's serious. :wall:

Just ignore them or use AdBlock,also all this just due to some style of annoying ad's that exist since 2000 or before?

I don't use adblock on zetaboards because those ads pay to host OSR.

Oh yes! I found it, everything is okay now
this is how I did it :

At the top right there are 3 slanting lines, I just kept the cursor on that and saw a "About Google Chrome" option and then after opening that went straight in "Extensions" tab and there I found "Quick Survey" thing and I just disabled it and everything is okay now
