Randy Orton, Rey Mysterio and Chris Jericho are expected to have major pushes, despite all having served recent suspensions.

WWE.com has already announced that Jericho will be on the next episode of RAW. Jericho's suspension ended late last week, with Jericho leaving tweets on Twitter counting down the days. The current plans is for Jericho to turn face. Jericho was suspended for 30 days after kicking a Brazilian flag during the WWE's tour of Brazil. Even though Jericho broke national law, local police chose not to press charges after Jericho apologised to the live audience.

Rey Mysterio's suspension ended today, so he is available for the next set of Raw and SmackDown tapings too. There were plans to bring Mysterio back for the Extreme Rules pay-per-view, but his suspension put those plans on hold. Creative do not know what they want to do with Mysterio right now. They want him to be involved with the Money In The Bank pay-per-view, and they want him in the main event picture. However, they have not determined which brand they want him involved with. The current plan is to keep him on Raw, however, he may be used to raise star power on the SmackDown brand inevitably. But he will be pushed immediately.

Mysterio was due to return from injury, but failed a Wellness test. He later provided a prescription, but medics did not feel that it properly excused the violation. The WWE treated this as a second violation (60 day suspension), even though this is the third time Mysterio violated the policy.

Randy Orton has yet to finish his suspension, and WWE management are far from happy with him. However, he may be brought back early.

Orton failed his FIFTH drug test and was suspended, with the WWE insisting that it was his second violation (his THIRD second violation). Orton went further by claiming on Twitter that he did not actually know "the real reason" for his suspension, and that the Wellness Policy testers had gotten it wrong. Orton has been using the social networking website to question management's decision to use him as a face, and banning the punt kick. But due to the lack of depth on the SmackDown roster, he will be returned to the main event picture soon.

Orton was scheduled to beat Jericho in the first of two matches at No Way Out. Orton was also due to beat Jericho at Money In The Bank, writing Jericho out of story lines for the rest of the Summer. Jericho had been stating for months that he would be taking time away to work with his band Fozzy. But no-one knows if Jericho will be taking his time off now, and that the Orton-Jericho feud is now over.
