"quickbms has stopped working"

everytime i try to select the yuke.bms file, the programs just stops working. can anyone help me plz? thx

open cmd editor in the folder where quickbms is...then write cmd:QUICKBMS yuke.BMS file path and "input" "output folder" paths...
