Several wrestling websites, none affiliated with the WWE has removed a story about a star leaving the company.
A Twitter account dubbed @CrankyVince parodies WWE owner Vince McMahon. While it is clear that the person is pretending to be Vince, he does sometimes post insider information. Some of his claims have been so accurate that the WWE performed an internal investigation to make sure that is isn't being done by an employee.
His most recent claim is that a major star has asked to be released from his contract. But there were no details on who this person could be.
