Ok well depending if you are doing Hi-res or AKI? I do not know too much about Hi-res as other members here would, but if AKI I could probally help you. Let us know awesomeone

Clone stamp is your friend also you can use parts from other faces especially if it's just skin.I suggest getting Snypernsfu2's hires face templates.

Also I suggest getting Orson's bumper box of broken wrestlers it has some great bases/templates,Especially for aligning the inside leg texture
About your face question place your pic over Snyper's temp and use the eraser with a soft brush at 35 px drop opacity to 25-20 and lightly erase the highlights/shadows
