Thursday morning, TNA wrestler Jesse Sorensen made his first public comments on Twitter since suffering a serious neck injury at the Against All Odds PPV on February 12. "Thanks for all of your thoughts and prayers. I have a long road to recovery ahead, but your support means the world to me," Sorensen said.

Recovery time could be up to a year.

It looked pretty scary when it happened, but thankfully the injury has been less severe than many feared. There's still a long road ahead, so let's hope the recovery stays on track. :yes:</td><td>

I don't get TNA PPV here, so what exactly happened? I know Zema Ion did a moonsault on him that caused his injury, but I don't really get how it happened.

Anyway, Sorensson was standing outside of the ring. Ion did a moonsault from the top turnbuckle onto him. Ion feel straight down vertically onto Sorensson. Much of Ion's bodyweight impacted Sorensson's head, compressing his neck. It is difficult to tell if Sorensson was standing too close or Ion jumped too hard. But whichever happened, Sorensson was not in a good place to catch Ion.

Ah, I live in Singapore. The nation where there is self censorship in the mainstream media and where the government officials have the highest pay ever, and the government has a monopoly on almost EVERYTHING.

Anyway, I saw the youtube video. Man, I think he got hit head first by Zema Ion's knee.
