Special Punch into Front Grapple Moves

Not really sure if anybody would really use this code, since the special moves are obviously more powerful, but I was bored and thought I'd whip this code up.

I made this because I noticed quite a few wrestlers in Virtual Pro Wrestling 2 have this. Misawa and Tsuruta are a couple of wrestlers who have front strong grapples as special punch counters (Tiger Driver Pin for the former and the Chop Down for the latter). Who knows, maybe some of you would use this code if you don't wanna end the match too soon (would most likely go well with the Longer Match/Increased Health codes).
