Speculation On upcoming Raw

There's speculation that WWE retired the World Heavyweight Title belt or the "big gold belt" on Monday's RAW.

As seen before the main event, WWE World Heavyweight Champion John Cena met Ric Flair on the stage and let him raise the "big gold belt" in the air. Cena then told Flair to keep the belt and Flair left with it.

Several fans pointed out that JBL made a reference to there only being one title earlier in the show.

For what it's worth, F4Wonline.com recently reported that WWE was planning on keeping both belts around because it's two pieces of merchandise that can be sold, among other reasons.

Then it doesn't really make sense to call it WWE World Heavyweight Championship anymore, to be honest.

I hope that belt stays around. It represents the wrestling part of the company. WWE title on the other hand, represents the entertainment part due to the bling blings.

He gave the belt to Flair because Flair made it famous. It's called respect. They aren't retiring it, it was a one time thing. They called it one belt because it's UNIFIED. They have called it the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, not Championships.

These reports are always trying to make something out of nothing. Ridiculous.

I think it's fucking stupid to call two belts a championship. But hey, that's WWE, and I guess I shouldn't expect them to treat their titles like titles.

To clarify, I want them to just have one heavyweight, world, or whatever big dick name they have for it; belt.
