Jack Swagger will be punished by the WWE after all for his recent DUI arrest.
Swagger will still face Alberto Del Rio for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania XXIX. The original plan was for Del Rio to retain against Swagger, but then lose the title at Extreme Rules.
Now the new plan is for Swagger to win the title at WM XXIX, but Dolph Ziggler will cash in his Money In The Bank contract 2 days later. Swagger will lose the title and then begin his suspension. At that point, Dolph Ziggler and Alberto Del Rio will feud over the title until Money In The Bank.
