Scott Steiner is suing TNA Wrestling once again.

Steiner is now claiming that he was hurt after a match with Jeff Hardy. It is now known that Jeff Hardy made multiple appearances for TNA between October 2010 and March 2011 while intoxicated and under the influence of drugs. Steiner is claiming that TNA Management knew that Hardy was not in condition to perform safely when they had a match together. He claims that he suffered nerve damage in his neck and back, as well as an injury to his biceps.

Jeff Hardy has injured opponents in the past because of being intoxicated. He famously gave Mr. Anderson a serious concussion during a planned stunt in which Hardy hit Anderson in the back of the head with a steel chair.

It is very likely that Steiner's lawsuit was done to spite his former employers. Steiner was released from the company earlier this year. Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff initially made negative comments about Steiner, prompting Steiner to respond in kind. They later issued a lawsuit to Steiner to try and prevent him from making defamatory statements about them or TNA on Twitter. Steiner has already counter-sued Hogan and Bischoff for the same.

Matt Hardy has denied Steiner's allegations on Twitter. However, it should be noted that Matt Hardy believes the match with Steiner happened this year.
