Strike Counters changing?

Basically, i want to change the way some kicks are countered. I hate the leg submission counter, and I want to change it into a normal strike counter. Like, if a kick get's blocked, the opponent just does his own strong strike (like when the punches get countered).

I also want to change the headbut counter to make it possible to be countered. But I don't know how to do it.

So, What kind of mods or tool can help me to achieve this? Any help or tutorial link would be really appreciated.
