Submissions take longer to attain (hack)

Wasn't sure where to put this. Didn't want to put it in move hacks...cause it's not a move hack, lol, but wanted to share this with you guys. I made it as a compliment to Mr Monday Night's Better Matches code. It's probably the hack I'm most proud of because it really adds something to the game IMO.

Yes, it takes a little while longer to get them to hold a limb/tap out.

I look forward to posting my save over here sometime soon. Maybe when I have another update ready to post, I'll port it over here. I'm lazy lately
