can anyone upload to me ps2save-builder not v 0.8 because i cant open it or Caw And Moveset extractor

i just need to play the caws in this save game but i cant because my version is ntsc and the save is pal and ps2 save builder when i try to open it doesn't showing up and if you convert my save It will only take about five minutes
