This thread has been segregated to the staff section for a awhile, but I figured I'd bring it out to play. This save will be an AKI-ish texture mod intended to create a WCW vs WWF feel, as if it were made in the 90's.



Edit: Yeah, rules and stuff lasted about a month. :toast: I'm still trying to make MOST textures conversions from previous games, though.

For a lot of the WWF guys I really don't need to change a lot of things, so I'm only doing minor touch ups to give the save an updated feel....
This will help speed the process along a whole lot more, whatever in-game texture I can use I will.

May I ask a question? Is it possible to have a few of ECW and TNA stars in the story mode to be unlocked during story modes? I don't wanna mess up your oroginal plans man, that'll be hella cool, then it can be a ALL OUT WAR billed as the monday Night war as they won't see the silent war from the other companies comming... Just a few thoughts. Bye and thanks for the great save man.

I don't think it'll be possible, I have no clue how to edit the text in story mode besides dumping it manually, plus, I'd have to play EVERY single branch of it. Sorry buddy.

Also, there will be no ECW or TNA guys, this is a tribute to the 90's! :B-)

Thanks for addressing this my man, and this IS just too sweet!!! I love DDP brah, And Triple H? Hell yeah I'm ready...and soo is he!!! Oh wow man this is gonna kick ass my man. I have a sweet Scott Hall and Nash moveset or if there anything I have that you need man just ask. I've been waiting for a save like this for a long time, I got carried away with the shit I asked when I saw this great save man as I AM a kid in a candy store with this save. Now I see all there moves for the RKO to be pulled off, will you do the same for DDP? He could hit a Diamond cutter from just about any move, I was asking because I messed up a good save trying to put other hacks in and I had no idea that they can mess with other hacks like hair hacks,etc.

Thankfully, this save will need very little move hacks, being as most of the needed moves are already in-game. I won't need the RKO because Randy Orton isn't in it!

A few hacks will be put in, such as the sidewalk slam into a lower leg special as a front grapple, so guys like Sting, Malenko, and Bret can have their true to life finishers.

I'll also be be raising the power of Davey Boy's powerslam to "A" power, along with a few other minor tweaks. The Diamond Cutter already has three different variations in-game, which all look sooo good.

The Giant (Paul White) will be modified to where he is practically unmovable, making it harder than crap to beat, as it should be.

A few gameplay hacks will also be implemented, to give the game an updated, yet classic feel.

If anyone has suggestions feel free to ask me, or if you know of any move hacks that you think SHOULD be implemented into the game let me know, all hacks will have credit given in the cheats sections. :B-)

Well as I said on ICQ bro, if you need anything let me know. I will get onto that sting trenchcoat hack for you too. Also I had some sad news from barskio today, he lost two dear friends over the Christmas period, and will not be on much as we can imagine the poor guy is grieving now. I told him via PM to put the world elite save on hold for now, i can not expect him to do anything. So basically do bother him with any requests atm.

Nice job on DDP man im digging this save. Wish I could get on with my TNA one

I was using the RKO as an example, like DDP could do a suplex into a Diamond cutter, he could pull of the Diamond Cutter from several moves. Thanks again my man, this is gonna be great!!.

@ TNAFAN: Instead of hacking the trenchcoat, you should just hack Viscera's full body suit, so the front of the legs is removed, and I can just turn THAT into a trenchcoat! This save MUST have Sting in a trenchcoat!
