Also, About this one:

That was not Dr. Kio Marv. Marv can't speak English (If you play Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake, You will know it), but that guy can speak English!

Ok Firstly.. I think it's MGS but not MGS5 because we never actually saw roman numerals used for Metal Gear Solid games.. I saw a lot of topics about The Phantom Pain and it seems it's a MGS spinoff title for Vita. The graphics does not look from a home console TBH( compare the graphics of this game with Ground Zeroes) and the official screenshots are in 960x540 which is Vita's res..
So maybe it could be Metal Gear Solid V(ita)? But again these are just rumors.. And I don't think that handheld is this much advanced.

This could be a part of Ground Zeroes also.

I don't think The Game was for PS Vita. And yes, The Game was a Part of Ground Zeroes. Check this picture, And you will know it:

Yea I guess. The lightning in the trailer looks quite similar to GZ.. But the graphics and all looks different also in the trailer Snake does not have his left arm..

I think Snake's Left Arm is being Amputated because of The Crash Scene that we were seeing in The Phantom Pain Trailer
Or maybe, It was just Snake's Nightmare at all
