WWE.com has made a list of the top 25 Intercontinental Champions of all time.
Like most WWE.com lists, this one is biased, and is designed to put over certain WWE talents and alumni. And as usual, former WWE Superstars who currently work for TNA Wrestling get little or poor recognition, while those that the WWE is interested in rehiring have done well.
Here is the list below. I have included the number of championship wins and total time spent as champion.
25. Rey Mysterio (2) (128 days)
24. Cody Rhodes (2) (251 days so far...)
23. Goldust (3) (168 days)
22. Ricky Steamboat (1) (25 days)
21. Jeff Hardy (4) (329 days)
