The official WWE website has confirmed the release of Kelly Kelly from her contract.
Her contract was scheduled to expire on October 3rd. She is subject to a 90 day no compete clause, which prevents her from appearing from any televised wrestling event for the next 3 months. By releasing her from her contract a few days earlier, it means that the No Compete Clause will begin and end sooner.
This contradicts previous reports that Kelly Kelly had renewed her contract. She was expected to take several months off before returning full-time later this year. But she is now officially a free agent.
Kelly's departure comes as no surprise. The WWE has been asking to renew her contract since April of this year, but she had repeatedly indicated that she wanted to take time away from the industry. Similar to Maryse and the Bella twins, Kelly plans to get involved with fashion design, modelling and acting.
The FCW website has removed Raquel Weisz from their roster page and all upcoming shows. Raquel's real name is Shaul Guerrero, and she is the first woman in the legendary Guerrero family to become an active competitor. This is likely a sign that she has been released from her developmental contract.
Her real-life mother Vickie Guerrero is expected to remain with the WWE. Shaul is a third generation Diva, being the granddaughter of the late Gory Guerrero, and the daughter of the late Eddie Guerrero. Her cousin Chavo Guerrero and her uncle Hector Guerrero currently work for TNA. TNA has expressed interest in signing her, but have been unable to do so because of her family's connection with the WWE.

Since this weeks Smackdown aired, numerous sites are now reporting that Shaul Guerrero is still with the company. She has now been repackaged with a new gimmick and will debut on the main roster very soon. As Killer pointed out, some even expect the mystery blonde woman who has attacked Kaitlyn to be revealed as Shaul Guerrero.
