Unlock all code and correct wrestlers costume?

Is there a unlock all code like there is for NM? If there is I would be greatful for the share.

Also, I am going to use SK.STYLEZ patch and wanted to know if there is a list or save that has all the correct costumes, faces etc for the wrestlers as I know only AJPW had the license with the correct costumes for each wrestler.
