Update on Future of Sin Cara and WWE Concerns

i have a question tho, since cmll grabbed the rights to the Sin Cara Name/Mask & everything in mexico. Could he return there and still be Sin Cara?

This is what WWE does. Look at Dragon as an example, different situation but still.

Looks like WWE is doing a AAA on this by replacing him just like AAA did with LA Parka and Psicosis. You will be able to tell easily its a different person.

Also, is there a "new" Mistico in CMLL? I know theres a Guerrero Mistico.

Well apparently they are looking for someone to get as a replacement for Sin Cara/Mistico. Both names are owned by CMLL so they have full rights!! WWE have actually fucked themselfs up by not copyrighting the name!! If Sin Cara does leave WWE, he will be welcomed with open arms and things will be as normal. Its a shame how things have turned out for him as he would be a natural replacement for Mysterio, but the language barrier and style does not work for him!! Some wrestlers are better off suited staying where they are!!
